The building aims to combine three or more uses into one structure such as Residential, Fashion, Retail, Parking and etc. Mixed-use development is an integral part of most communities, creating unique places where people can live, work, play.

The development consists of four units interlinked with each other. The structure is clad on its southern side with a louvers forming jaali, a sun shading skin whose shadow evokes the playfulness of textures while the north-facing façade are made in the composition of glass and solid surface where internal box is completely clad with glass panels allowing natural diffused light for the lobby throughout the day.

Each floor is varied based upon specific requirements within this small apartment building with only 4 units.

3rd & 4th Floor - Duplex House for the owner's family

A series of louvres forming jali screens shield this apartment building from the hot climate of its location in Hyderabad and reducing heat gain by more than 7 degrees as well as shielding the interior from the noise of a busy arterial road fronting it. In addition different shadow patterns permeate the space throughout the day.
